 Director of Sales
As the Director of Sales for Montage Laguna Beach, Mr. Bob Mitchell supervises the day-to-day operations of the sales team. In addition to his management responsibilities, he handles the Los Angeles and East Coast territories. Prior to joining Montage six years ago, Bob spent 5 years as the director of sales at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona. Other previous positions included national sales manager for Pointe Resorts and various operational roles for Hyatt Hotels.

 National Sales Manager
As National Sales Manager for Montage Laguna Beach, Ms. Molly Morton handles the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and South Central territories, as well as San Diego County. She joined Montage in December 2003 after serving in similar positions for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in San Diego and Dallas.
Previous experience includes various management positions at the Hotel Adolphus in Dallas, Texas; the Sydney Renaissance Hotel in Sydney, Australia; and at Perivolas Traditional Houses on Santorini, Greece.

 National Sales Manager
Sue Winkelmann is responsible for handling the Midwest and the national insurance and incentive markets for Montage Laguna Beach.
Mrs. Winkelmann has worked in the travel/hospitality industry and has over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Montage, she was a National Sales Manager at Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes, California, where she was a member of the pre-opening sales team and was responsible for the Midwest and incentive market for the resort. Mrs. Winkelmann is currently a member of MPI Chicago Chapter and SITE Minnesota Chapter. Mrs. Winkelmann received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She currently resides in San Clemente, California with her husband and three children.

 Sales Manager
Mrs. Hanae Kalland has worked at Montage Laguna Beach for two years. As sales manager, she is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Southern California travel agencies and promoting Montage Laguna Beach on a continuous basis. Prior to joining Montage, Mrs. Kalland worked at the Park Hyatt in Tokyo, Japan as the Concierge Team Leader.
A graduate of California State University San Marcos, Mrs. Kalland received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Service Sector Management. She resides in San Clemente, California with her husband.

 Sales Manager
Mr. Jamie Oakley handles the Midwest and the national insurance and incentive markets for Montage Laguna Beach. Mr. Oakley was previously sales manager for Spa Montage Laguna Beach for two years. He was instrumental in working with the local Orange County market, building new relationships with companies throughout the county.
Prior to joining Montage, Mr. Oakley was the front office manager at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel. Here he helped oversee the front desk, valet and bell services and led the team through a property-wide transition from management by Caesar’s Entertainment to Colony Resorts International. Prior to his position with the Las Vegas Hilton, Mr. Oakley worked for Paris Las Vegas as the assistant front office manager. A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Mr. Oakley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife and son.
